Terms & Conditions of Delivery

Delivery Radius

We dispatch to most parts of the United Kingdom except, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of man, Isles of Silly, Isle of Wight, all Scottish Islands, Highlands and North of Falkirk.

If you are located within 15 miles of HA0 1SS we will deliver in our own refrigerated vehicles using our own drivers. 

We may on occasion extend this radius without notice, should you need delivery outside of the central London and greater London area, it is likely we will use a 3rs Party Courier such as APC or DHL, as with our delivery terms below we will sufficiently pack your goods using chilled ice packs however you do accept that if there is a delay in delivery that is not the fault of Freshestfish.co.uk or our courier partners we are unable to accept any liability for damaged or perished goods. 

TEMPRETURE:

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the product remains frozen, it is accepted that if your delivery is sent via a 3rd Party courier thawing WILL take place during this delivery process. 

Your items will only arrive fully frozen if you are within our own delivery area and we use our own delivery vehicles.
 

We are also unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE PRODUCTS WILL ARRIVE FROZEN, THAWING WILL TAKE PLACE DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS AND UPON ORDERING YOU ACCEPT THIS CONDITION OF SALE, THEY WILL ARRIVE AT A SAFE TEMPRETURE AND MUST BE REFRIDGERATED UPON DELIVERY , IF THE ITEMS ARRIVE DEFROSTED OR PART DEFROSTED YOU MUST NOT REFREEZE THIS ITEMS AND MUST CONSUME WITHIN 24HRS. 

Delivery Terms
Delivery of your order shall be made to the delivery address provided. You are responsible for giving us the full name of the recipient and correct address for all deliveries, including but not limited to the postcode. 

These details are passed directly to the courier service once the order is placed, and if our carriers are unable to deliver any order due to any error in the address, you will be charged for the order in full. 

If there is no answer at the specified delivery address and no alternative delivery instructions, the courier will attempt to leave the delivery at a neighboring address unless stated not to do so in the delivery instructions on your order, if the delivery company is unable to leave the delivery with a neighboring address and there are no delivery instructions and no safe place to leave the order the delivery will be returned to the depot and it will become your responsibility to collect it. 

Should you ask for your order to be left in a specific place and the carrier cannot obtain a signature to confirm the delivery of your order, it will be left at your own risk; we accept no liability for its loss or damage.

Our minimum order cost is £50, for which a delivery fee of £6.99 is chargeable (unless otherwise stated), Freshestfish.co.uk by Atariya Foods  will cover packaging and carriage charges for orders over £75.00, delivered between Tuesday and Friday.

Orders are packed in a polystyrene box, chilled, and iced before being dispatched for "next day delivery". Normally your order will reach you before midday on the day following dispatch and up to 6pm, sometimes however it may be delayed until the afternoon.

Whilst we try our best to ensure that information labels are attached to the packaging they may come off during the packing process.  Product information such as weight and species of item can be found on the invoice. 

If, for reasons within our control, we fail to deliver part or whole of your order, we will reimburse no more than the price of the goods, as well as any delivery charges if orders are under £75.00. 

After 10am on the day of dispatch we are unable to change any details for the delivery as they are passed to the courier company at this time and will be logged into their national system. 

We ask for any issues with delivery be reported within 24 hours of expected delivery time.
