T&S Enterprises (London) Limited source only fully sustainable ICCAT registered and audited sea farms.
Our tuna comes directly to us from these sea farms in Spain.
We have been supplying ICCAT tuna for over 20 years to the finest established restaurants throughout the U.K and Europe, the whole fish is then separated by our expert blue fin fish cutters at our facility in London, quickly processed it is then packed and delivered to our customers in record time to maintain the freshness they desire.
We do not deal in any Wild Bluefin Tuna as we believe that our seas need to be respected and cared for in the most sustainable of ways.
Our Bluefin tuna is traceable from birth all the way through to delivery to our customers.

Important Delivery Information
We pack our products with ice packs to ensure the temperature of the items is kept low, but we cannot guarantee they will arrive frozen.
Thawing WILL take place during the delivery process.
Outside London deliveries will be sent by courier, while
deliveries within London will be done by our own refrigerated vehicles.
