Enjoy restaurant-quality products delivered straight to your door, thanks to our in-house drivers and trusted delivery partners.
We take great care in handling your order. Each package is carefully packed with ice packs to maintain a low temperature during transit, ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.
Most deliveries within London are made using our own refrigerated vehicles to guarantee optimal freshness. For addresses outside of London, we may use DHL Next Day Delivery by 12:00 PM or our own drivers, depending on your location and whether it falls within our delivery routes.
Please note:
To ensure the best service and product quality, we kindly ask for 48-72 working hours' notice to prepare your order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, next-day delivery is not a standard service and is only available when our schedule allows. We recommend providing advance notice to avoid disappointment.
You can include your preferred delivery date in the “Order Instructions” box at checkout. If we’re unable to deliver on that date, we’ll get in touch to arrange the next best option.
