Important Delivery Information

We pack each order with ice packs to maintain low temperature during transit. Most London deliveries are handled by our refrigerated vehicles. For deliveries outside London, we use DHL/DPD 24-hour service or our drivers, depending on location.

We kindly ask for 48-72 working hours' notice before delivery.
Next-day delivery is not guaranteed and only available when our schedule allows.
