We pack each order with ice packs to maintain low temperature during transit. Most London deliveries are handled by our refrigerated vehicles. For addresses outside London, we use DHL Next Day Delivery by 12:00 or our drivers, depending on location.

We kindly ask for 48-72 working hours' notice before we prepared for your preferred delivery date.
Next-day delivery is not guaranteed and only available when our schedule allows.
